djing is not about mixing…. that is a very small part of it…tune selection is sooo sooo much more important….
agreed!
you see one ditail he has a screen in front of him so it doesnt make seens that he is doing it manual.Nothing perosnal but i get mad when people with no skills pretend the exact opossing.
sorry for the bad english
also if you want to synh tracks manual you have to fix the pitch witch he doesnt and many other things….
what is song at start?
@thedirtys2006 Read this website. (Search djtechtools). It will amaze you what you can do with a VCI100.
nice check ou my vids using the vci-100 se
@DJSkyline87
looks like theres more than just “pressing buttons” going on there….
i would also use those crappy midi fuckers, if there were 2 cdj 1000′s beside me…
@djrollback1 The VCI-100 is better than the 300 for Traktor
Otherwise you alredy can add 2 CD Players if you already use 2 players/vinyls
@CarterMcStud
i got serato w/ regular vinyl. n they messd it up w/ the timecode vinyl records. instead of high pitches it’s keeping track up. they should have used low pitch base tone. so it is a bigger groove to work w/. a whole new really touchy feel to get used to cause the groove it not deep enough. n u cant do all the crazy moves unless u got really good ttables. 300-g price range.
i was thinkn eventually going to upgrade all my stuff n hav a vci but one of the higher up models asap.
This would be cooler… if there were acctually people on the floor
Hi, i could really do with some help. i have a gig at a local club and im thinking of using a VCI- 100. Would you recommend it? and what software would be best.
thanks.
so youre basically adjusting your headphone volyme for 9minutes?
@djrollback1 You can also add 2 deckt more with the Vestax VCI-100. But i dont know how to control 4 decks
@08lindsayrk1
i like to use traktor.. if your using traktor pro, get some good mappings from DJ Tech Tools.. it’s a good dj blog
Very Nice
@CybertechProject Laidback Luke scratches on electro
@Doublelawe Laidback Luke is a commercial piece of crap dj with no skills what so ever to groove in music. Electro is trash in general.
@CybertechProject wow dude are you serious? You’re really going to diss a class dj who is currently loving his life as a pioneering dj in the house and electro genre, while what do you do? cry and cry and just bag on people who are more superior to you? And electro isn’t trash – no music genre is trash. You can’t diss an art form, just cause you can’t be successful in it. He isn’t commercial. He has skills, very great mixing skills, better than you will ever be.
@CybertechProject by the way, I listened to your original mix. You used XFER sample pack, by an ELECTRO artist, deadmau5. So it’s funny to say to that electro is trash, because deadmau5 is a pioneer dj in electro house music.
is his vci even plugged in? i dont get what hes doin there with the knobs^^
@CarterMcStud I really agree with you, I own a VCI 100 and it might look very limited at first but you can get some really cool mappings that will turn it into a very powerful gadget..yea you can get these at the djtechtools website….the only thing you can’t get are a new set of hands to do more things simultaneously on the VCI 100 with some wicked mappings.
I like it how every dj is touching the knobs but not turning them
I think he’s touching the knobs to look as if he’s actually doing something. You know looking busy.
